Hello,
I have only had my readynas for a few months and i came home the other day and I was unable to open my backup folders using my desktop.
I then tried to reboot it using the power button with no success. I then pulled power and reset it. I just got a slow flashing blue light, I let this sit for a day and still nothing. So I downloaded the RAIDAR and i see that the status says Management service is offline. I was able to download my logs and able to browse the drives but my desktop app still says it is offline.

Some config files were corrupted. Replaced them and the problem is now fixed.

Re: Management service is offline
Can you send in the logs zip file you downloaded using RAIDar (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)?

That set of logs is incomplete. Please send in the complete logs zip.

Re: Management service is offline
I sent the .zip file directly from the Raidar system. I clicked download logs, saved it and sent it to you. I will do the same again
