NAS 10200 ADDING ADDITIONAL MEMORY TO HARDWARE
Dear Sirs good day
i have a RN 10200 and 2 red western digital hard disks of 6 tera each ,
My data approximately reaches 2.7 tera
i Lately discover i have a hard time to open my folders and maybe its a problem of prossecor and memory
So i like to ask ,,is any possibility i can add memory additional to 512 mb it carries at that moment

Hello Grecox,
This is not upgradeable, unfortunately. The RAM of the RN102 is soldered onto the unit, this is a standard for the ARM hardware. You may have to get a unit with bigger memory and have the RN102 as a backup NAS.

Which firmware are you running?
Which services and apps are you running?
Can you send me your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig)? There may be some clues in that that would explain the performance.
The RN102 is a cost effective storage solution.
