NAS102 Power light flashing, can't access unit through ReadyCloud

Hi, yesterday my NAS was off (possible power outage?) so I powered it back up but it was not visible on the network and the blue power light was/is flashing (1 short, 1 long).  I could not access it through ReadyCloud either ("No devices discovered").  I tried to turn if off and on again but it wasn't responding using the power button, I had to pull the power cable.  I took the drives out, tried to reinstall the OS but I'm not sure if that worked (between pushing the reset button on the back, holding the power button down in front and plugging it back in while only using two hands, it was not smooth going).  I reinstalled one of the drives but that did not work.  I swapped it out with the second drive and am able to access it from my PC (it's backing up to an external drive right now) but the power light is still flashing and ReadyCloud access is still unavailable.  According to RAIDar, I am using firmware version 6.5.1.  Are the drives causing the problem (Seagate ST3000VN000)?  Or is my NAS failing?  Thanks in advance!

It can't work, because the function reinstalls the OS onto the drives.

That suggests a problem with the first drive.  After the backup completes you might want to test it with seatools in a PC.

Can you reach the web admin page (either use https://nas-ip-address/admin, or get there via RAIDar).  It might also be useful to download the log zip file.

When I try to access the admin page through RAIDar, I am prompted to enter a username and password but I can't get in.

Disregard, I found it.  So, how do I attach a log zip file?

You don't. You email the zip file in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).

Ok, I emailed the log file a few hours ago.

There was only one HDD in the chassis when you downloaded the logs, and it doesn't seems too happy:

So I'd start with that.

You should test this HDD with the manufacturer's tool.

Re: NAS102 Power light flashing, can't access unit through ReadyCloud

So, I bought two new WD Red Pro 4tb drives (WD4002FFWX).  I removed one of the old drives, installed a new one and let it sync.  Then I installed the second new drive and let that sync.  During this time, I received a ton of alerts stating Bit Rot detected errors that couldn't be fixed.  Now, connecting to the NAS is spotty.  It doesn't always show up using RAIDar and I can't access a number of pdf files; I receive an error stating the file is damaged.  I don't know what to do.
