NV+ has 3 good disks...XRAID won't start
However the syslog reports disk 1 as "faulty" and disk 2 (the one I removed) as "online", and it says it doesn't have enough disks to start XRAID.
I pulled disk 1 and ran the full SeaTools scan on it, everything is great. I don't know why it's reported as faulty.
Disk 1 has a different XRAID ctime on it (4ea7263f)...I guess the last good config it was in
relevant part of syslog

Re: NV+ has 3 good disks...XRAID won't start
Sounds like a data recovery situation.
Disks of that model with firmware prior to CC3D are known to drop out of RAID arrays. Unfortunately disks with CC32 firmware can’t be upgraded to CC3D firmware.

Re: NV+ has 3 good disks...XRAID won't start
Thanks mdgm.
And if I have another box and can connect the three good drives...do you think rstudio or similar would be able to mount them as one volume?

Re: NV+ has 3 good disks...XRAID won't start
You can of course try it - ReclaiMe is another option (though more expensive). ReclaiMe is free to try, you pay at the point you want to actually offload the files.
Netgear paid support (data recovery service) is also an option - the cost depends on the amount of time it takes, but it will be more expensive than the price of RStudio or ReclaiMe. Of course they also know what they are doing...
