NV+ wanted reboot to update...can't login to setup

I received an alert that an update had been downloaded and a reboot was needed to finish installation.

The system won't let me login to setup. My old account info is not being accepted. Nor is the default Admin/netgear1

Help/suggestions?

I saw an article about restoring the OS. And recalled doing that once after a similar issue following an update. And that resolved my issue. Thx.
