NVX status and log not showing

Hi Guys,

After an upgrade to 4.2.22 my status screen shows nothing, neither does my log screen.
When I push "show all logs" the I do get the logs as downloads.
I've tried cleaning my browser (IE10) and resetting device to factory defaults but to no avail.
Does anyone have an idea?
Its a NVX with 4x3Tb discs.

Have you tried using IE9 or a different older web browser?

Your device is showing that an OS could be full. Thats an easy fix for support. Please give us a call. 888NETGEAR.
You will need to turn off the nas
and put it into tech support mode (its done through the boot menu: http://www.kossboss.com/rnasbootmenu)
Accept the remote access policy AND then provide us the DEBUG code which will be given on RAIDAR when the unit enters the TECH SUPPORT MODE

kossboss if the OS being full was the problem then a factory default would have resolved that issue. The issue is clearly something else.

Have you tried deleting your Temporary Internet Files?

Please also try another browser or an older version of IE.

Tried using Chrome and indeed it works. So conclusion is that IE10 is not fully supported? As I did flush my browser memory.
