Need help with Factory Reset.
Hi.
I need to do a Factory Reset without HDD so it will be in the same condition as I got it because I am returning it back to the store.
How can I do the Reset without putting in any hdd's
pls help me someone.

You can't, but you don't need to. The only thing that might have changed is the firmware install stored in the flash, and it should be ok if that is newer. Everything else is in the OS partition on the hard drives.

so the new owner need to do a factory reset?
I think the store will sell it agen.
And if I do not do a reset will my information still be on the nas like.
username/password, HDD information, ip adress and etc etc?

No. The username/password, and configuration are all stored on the disks, they are not saved anywhere in the NAS.

The new owner will install blank disks, power on the unit, and the NAS will begin by installing a clean OS partition on the drives. This will not contain any of your configuration information.
