New ReadyNas Pro 2 can't join domain on W2k Server

Hello,

i've an issue when trying to join my domain.

The Nas is up-to-date (4.2.19),
the NetBIOS name is ok,
the FQDN is ok,
i've tried to join the server in DHCP then with its IP address,
the server is running under Administrator profile,
i'm trying to connect with administrator name and PW,
i changed the administrator PW for test,
i tried to connect with a user profile having administrator rights,
i created a new user in AD with my Nas name (maybe stupid, i don't know, noob i am),

and, ..., nothing but the "can't join domain" message. 😞

No more idea. Any help ?

Thanks a lot for responses !

Delete the account you created, the ReadyNAS will make it's own. Also, I assume that you have the DNS server for the domain controller listed as one of the DNS servers that the ReadyNAS has listed in the network settings page in Frontview?

The domain name "wanadoo.fr" is the right one !

I hope that's what you were talking about...

Not quite what I meant. I meant that the list of DNS servers on the ReadyNAS has the IP address of the DNS server that the domain controller uses.

Can you attempt to join the domain again, download the config backup(under the System menu), along with the logs and then send them to me?(information for sending logs is in my signature).
