New user account problem

Hello, i have create a new user account to share a folder with a friend. when he try to log in it gives them this 

 user.png

Any help please?

What firmware are you running?

Where is your friend trying to login in from?

Did he enter his login details on this page:

https://readycloud.netgear.com/client/en/welcome.html

Latest being 6.3.5?  Or 6.4.0 beta 3?

 

Generally its best to give the actual version number (not just say "latest").

Do you have SMB access enabled for any shares?

 

Also, did you set up permissions in ReadyCloud for that user (http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/24930/~/readycloud%3A-allowing-share-access-for-remote...
