No volume anymore (#15653350)

Hi,

For several hours following the substitution of any of disk volume C does not run more accessible.

I have one ReadyNASRNDP6000 (4.2.16) with, initially 3 discs (discs 1 to 3) and WDC WD5002ABYS 3 discs (discs 4-6) Hitachi HDS722020ALA330.

I''ve recently replaced the disk 1 by a WDC WD5002ABYS WDC by WD30EZRS-00J99B0. The procedure went well. Then, I''ve replaced disk 2 (WDC WD5002ABYS) by WDC-WD30EZRS 00J99B0. The latter has been detected as faulty.
I'ai then replaced by a new WDC-WD30EZRS 00J99B0 ...
"Data Volume Will Be rebuilt with Disk 2." & "RAID sync Started on volume C"
During this operation, the disc 1 has been detected as faulty. At the end, my volume was no longer accessible and disk 1 is now detected as 'OK'
What can I do?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Depuis quelques heures et suite au remplacement d''un disque, le volume C n''est plus accessible.

Que puis-je faire ?

I would contact technical support again and ask that it be escalated to the next level. Unless you have a current and complete backup of your data, I would not do anything else at this point.

You might want to edit the first post and add the case # to the header to catch the eye of a wandering Jedi.

If you don't post an update to your case for a few weeks or so (I think) it'll be automatically closed, so I would suggest you post an update to your case indicating you are waiting for a response (if you haven't in the past few days or so).

I would suggest continue working with tech support and being patient on it.
