Not able to Access Ready Nas Nv
Dear All,
I am new to this Community and i hope will get a solution on Netgear NAS issue.
I have a Dozen of Nas boxes all are working fine except this one .
This one was working fine before,We kept this off for a long time and day before yesterday i Switched it on nothing is working.
Problem:Not able to access Share as well as the HTTPS setup.It asks permission to connect share but the setup page says problem loading page.
Things i did to fix:
1.Checked the connectivity,its fine.
2.Tried Connecting share with Nasname\admin and password.(not working)
3.Removed 1 Drive and tried to access(not working)
The firmware is 4.1.8
Please advice if you have any ideas ,

Maybe run Raidar and see what status it reports (possibly both disks are corrupted, esp. if the unit wasn't properly shut down).

In raidar the status looks fine. All Leds are Green including vol disk.
Its asking for User name and Password to connect the shares.

Strange,i have never set a user name and password,Tried using the default user name and password but no luck.

Try using the IP address to connect to Frontview. You will of course need to use your admin login and password. What do you see exactly when accessing Frontview fails?
