i ve just upgraded my rn102 to 6.5.1 and one more time, unable to log on management portal .....
raidar indicates : Management Service is offline... Worked perfectly yesterday, no changes done since....
Is it possible for netgear to correct definitvely these problems... is there any steps to restart Management services without restart the nas ?
Next time, i will buy a sinology, fed up with netgear...
Download the logs using RAIDar 6.1 and send in your logs (see the Sending Logs link in my sig).
I can see that you've got SSH enabled and have used that. This may have contributed to this problem.
Do you recall which services you were running under System > Settings > Services ? Which apps did you have installed?

Sorry for the delay, i am not at home this week.
Last thing i have noticed before to leave home, the admin page seems to load correctly after a reboot.
But sometimes, although the admin page was correctly displayed, two or three hours later, it is not working again.
I will update the case when i will come back home
If you can download the logs using RAIDar 6.1 soon after the web admin interface goes offline and send those in (see the Sending Logs link in my sig) that would be great.
