RN102 Management service is offline

In recent days we have suffered several power cuts and since our NAS ReadyNAS 102 does not allow us to connect us to the administration page.
With RAIDar we can see the "Management service is offline," I tried to restart the NAS but the result is the same also OS Re-install was done but same issue there
On this NAS SSH and Telnet are not activated
Someone had this problem? how have you resolved?
All posts consulted in this forum with similar problems that are solved by PM, this is why I post my turn this problem already treated...

Is your firmware up to date? The latest firmware is 6.6.1.
If not, perhaps try updating the firmware using https://nasip/fwbroker
