RN10200 - Boot Cycle not working

I'm trying to do an OS Install via the reset / power cycle / Back up button. But its not working. .

n.b. Rear Reset button is labled  'Sys'  - I assume its the same thing.

on a power cycle with reset pressed, all 5 lights  alight ( power, drive 1 & 2, activity & backup leds)

If I press the backup button to commence the mode cycle all but the power light goes out, with no ongoing cycle.

What am I doing wrong.  I cant access the admin page - no p/w.

Basically I think I have no access to OS Install or Factory Default .

The ReadyNAS RN10200 has 1T drive with Encription enabled. I have the key, NAS boots & publishes it contents with no trouble. I just need to reset the OS to update the admin pw.

Re: RN10200 - Boot Cycle not working

Fixed - there are various instructions out there - Goolge search returned:

http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/READYNAS-100/RN%20OS%206%20Desktop%20HW%20UM_15Oct2013.pd...

THESE ARE DOWN LEVEL .

Turns out a key part of the instructions ( found in later instructions) is to

 - Release the reset button after the 4 lights light & BEFORE you press the backup button.

I'm happy now.
