RN214 ReadyNas is stuck on maxed out drive capacity

I have a readynas 214. I am using this as a backup solution and while backing up data it became full. I cleaned off space and tried again but the backups kept failing. I logged into the nas portal and noticed that all the volumes show red and still say they are full even though they are not. When I try to click on the volumes it just says they don't exist. I did find another article where a person was having the same issue and they said netgear helped them delete a log file and that fixed the issue but they didn't say what log file or where it was located. Any help with this would be appreciated. I have also included a screenshot of the volumes. nas 2.PNGnas.PNG
