RN312 Using FrontView to contrast two cloud back-up providers

Just wanted to share an experiment contasting two cloud back-up providers: Amazon Drive vs. Wasabi.  I am not in any way affiliated with either service provider.

I used FrontView's nice performance graphs to watch what each of the two services did.

The left side of the timeline shows what Amazon Drive does to the NAS.  The disks work pretty hard and the data-rate seemed inconsistent and lower.

The right side of the timeline shows what Wasabi does to the NAS and also what a Time Machine back-up looks like.

Great to have these analytical tools available on a NAS at this price-point.  Well done Infrant... em, I mean NetGear!

As for what cloud service provider you choose, I will leave it to the reader to decide.  Really wanted to focus on how you can use FrontView to make smarter decisions about what cloud service providers to use.

Cheers...
