RN31400 Access SOOOOO Slow

We use this storage for sharing CAD and revit files for drafting. Before, it worked perfectly so that we even can work on the same file at the same time. However, recently, without any upgrade on any anti-virus software, it randomly works really slow. It even takes a while to move a word file. It happens more and more often. We have to restart the devices more than once per day. As we know, the ready cloud is being upgraded. Is it realted to our problem?

Ah I misread your post.
There is a hot-fix for 6.4.2 for the anti-virus issue or you could wait and update to 6.5.0 which will be released soon then enable anti-virus again.

The ReadyCLOUD upgrade is not till 6.5.0 is released.

We turned off the anti-virus and it seems works normal. We will try a few days and see how it goes. Thank you.
