RND104 can no longer access Frontview 24835138 [FIXED]

Hi, I've inadvertently run into the problem that others users have come across.

After uninstalling an unwanted app, I can no longer access Frontview.

I tried to SSH but for some reason it won't accept my password (same as frontview admin password right?)

So I've logged a ticket (24835138) but have noted that some users have had better luck here especially since i'm beyond the 90 days of purchase.

I see support has replied to your case already. Please check your email.

SSH is disabled by default. If you enabled it, you need to remember to use the 'root' user (no quotes). The password for the 'root' user is set to match the password of the 'admin' user.
