Re: Raidar can't access readynas ultra 2 but does find it.

Hello,

I am having a problem here that occurs only on my computer using windows (previously seven, then 8.1 and now 10).

I can find my nas with raidar but clicking on configure or browse opens a window and after a while a get a message saying this page cannot be displayed.

When I try to type the IP adress of the NAS in my browser, I get the same error message.

I have a macbookpro on which I can easily access the frontview panel by typing the IP adress in safary.

It is getting really annoying. I updated the firmware of the nas and I am using the last version of RAIDAR.

Is there anyway to solve this?

Can the PC see the Mac?

Does raidar display the IP address of the nas? What is it?

what are the other network settings of the nas and the PC? You need to look at the subnet and IP addresses .
