Ready Nas 104 drop network - firmware 6.4.1
Hi all,
my ready Nas 104 drop from network after working well by one week after purchase.
I put into the HD and its on "resync of volume" now. But in meantime im copying file into.
During this copy the Nas disappear from network and its impossible go into until i not perform a manual disconnection from power and then reconnet.
Anyone can help me? its this normal? its better not put data into while the system is resync?
Sorry for my bad english

Re: Ready Nas 104 drop network - firmware 6.4.1
Hello LorenzoG,
Welcome to the community!
I have some questions to ask.
- How many disks are inserted to it?
- What is the RAID level?
- What is the size of each disk?
- Can you still access the admin page?
- If not, does RAIDar still detect your NAS? If yes, please post screenshot.
- Please provide network setup where the NAS is.
Regards,

Keep an eye on it and let us know how it goes.
It ocudl well be that you ran into a known issue that is fixed in the beta firmware you have now updated to.

Hello LorenzoG,
It does seem the BETA fixed your issue.
Just keep the BETA FW and update to official one if and when it is already available.
