ReadyCloud users don't see content of shared folders
Hi All,
I have Readynas 2304 model in office, when i am sharing user folders through ready nas cloud. ReadyCloud users don't see content of shared folders. while as an admin i can see in my cloud account.
I deleted the invitations and rejoined them also didnt work.
Firmware : 6.10.2
DNS : 8.8.8.8
DNS : 4.4.2.2 (Before 8.8.4.4, also didnt work)
Model: RN2120|ReadyNAS 2120 1U 4-Bay Diskless

I believe ReadyCloud is simply down.

Welcome to the Community!
There is currently an issue with ReadyCloud and it is being fixed at the moment. Try using the ReadyCloud Desktop or mobile app as a Workaround
