The RN102 never had 3.xx firmware, only 6.x.x.  Did you type something incorrectly?

Ok.  You are supposed to go from 6.2.5 (or 6.3.5) to 6.5.2, and then to 6.9.3.  But I haven't seen posts here from folks who lost some of their data when they ignored those instructions.

You could try powering down, and removing one disk.  Then connect it to a Windows PC and see if ReclaiMe software can find the missing files.

Could it be the that its 6.9.3 that creates this kind of issues??

Read forum and there is several reporting same type of issues, Decativated volumes and such.

Re: ReadyNAS 102 Lost data after firmware update

Do you have a deactivated volume?  My understanding of your first post was that you lost some data, but not all data.  Can you clarify what you did (and didn't) lose?
