ReadyNAS 2120 does not turn on

Goodmorning everyone.
I have a problem with a ReadyNAS model RN2120, 
equipped with two HD 2TB Western Digital Red in mirroring. 
After a period of inactivity I tried to turn it on but it does not start.
The led on the front panel lights up quickly, 
but pressing the ignition button does not get any effect.
Does anyone have any suggestions to fix the problem?

Do you know what firmware it is running? 

Try downloading RAIDar (4.3.8 is best for your NAS), and see what status it gives you.  https://kb.netgear.com/20684/ReadyNAS-Downloads#raidar
