ReadyNAS 314 No volumes exist

Hello,
I have a ReadyNAS 314 with firmware version 6.10.8.
Suddenly I was not able anymore to access the data stored in the NAS.
When logging in via web interface to the control panel of the NAS I see the following popup message. This issue was probably caused by a power outage that happened some weeks ago.
I saw different posts about the same issue and, as suggested, I tried to contact the official support, but they said that they can't provide support for this old ReadyNAS. I saw some other posts with some commands to execute via SSH, but, to my understanding, my logs are different.
I don't have any backup of the data stored on the NAS.
Can someone help? Thanks!

Hi @StephenB,
thank you for your answer.
Following the advice of a friend that works in IT, I logged in via SSH and then executed these two commands:
mdadm --assemble --really-force /dev/md127 /dev/sd[abcd]3
mount /dev/md127 /data
By doing so I was then able to see my data again, but one disk was still marked red as in the screenshot below.
I then proceeded to format that disk and now the NAS is resynching.
So it seems that the problem is solved.
Thank you anyway for your availability.

Have you downloaded the full log zip file?
Would you like me to take a quick look?

Re: ReadyNAS 314 No volumes exist
@StephenB I would love your help. I can no longer access my stored data at all - in the past, when I logged in as admin, I used to see my route directory and all stored data. Now it just takes me to the netgear product page and I cannot see any of my data or manage it. I am concerned that I have lost access to it but my home users can still see it from their devices (but not manage it). If you can help me find it at a convenient time, I would be grateful. I am not very tech savvy. Thank you

It sounds like you were logging in via ReadyCloud - which is now shut down.
Try accessing the NAS web admin interface directly by browsing to https://nas-ip-address/admin (using the real NAS IP address). You will get a security warning in the browser that you will need to click through.
There are a couple of ways to find the IP address if you do not know it.
- it is displayed on the LCD panel interface of the RN314
- you can find it in your router's attached device list
- If you have RAIDar installed, it can find the NAS

@Alira , you have "tacked on" to two different existing threads. This one has nothing at all to do with your issue. Please stick with one thread, preferably one you have started yourself. When you tack on to an existing thread, it can become confusing who each answer is for,
