ReadyNAS 3312 fails to connect to ReadyNAS vault

Hi,
I am using ReadyNAS vault for backups of our ReadyNAS 3312. At this moment the ReadyNAS vault is not switched on. I now want to swicth is back on from the [Cloud] tab in the admin page. But whatever I try, the login fails. If I use the credentials directly to connect to ReadnyNAS vault, it works perfectly well, so I know the credentials are OK. I have tried a re-boot of the 3312 but to no avail. Suggestions to get the backups running again are very, very welcome
