ReadyNAS Pro 4 - Visible in RaidAR, but can't load admin page
I've had a ReadyNAS Pro 4 for some years and had no issues, but now, although it's visible via RaidAR, I cannot access the Admin page, either through RaidAR OR directly through the network address (name or IP address).
I've reinstalled the Firmware, but it made no difference.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Welcome to the Community!
Have you checked the IP address that the computer has? or have you tried other computers on your Network?
If you have changed your Network address it is possible that the IP addresses were not refreshed or renewed and a reboot or release might be needed.

I'm using the IP address on the front of the ReadyNAS, which matches that shown in RaidAR.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers.

Yes.
But that will only work if that IP address is on your subnet. For example, if the address is 192.168.168.168, and your router assigns IP addresses 192.168.0.x or 192.168.1.x, then you won't be able to connect with that address.
These IP addresses are safe to post (they are local, and can't be used to reach your NAS over the internet). Perhaps post the IP address of your PC and what you see on the NAS LCD screen.

OK.
PC is 192.168.0.49, NAS in 192.168.0.18, so I guess that's acceptable?
Thanks.

Yes. Have you tried pinging the NAS? With Windows, you'd run CMD (enter it on the windows search bar), and enter
ping 192.168.0.18
If that works, try browsing directly to https://192.168.0.18/admin
Are you able to access the shares?

Thanks.
Ping works fine, but browsing to 192.168.0.18/admin results in :
This site can’t be reached
192.168.0.18 refused to connect.

Ping works OK, but accessing /admin gives this:
This site can’t be reached192.168.0.18 refused to connect.
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
The shares do not work either

Re: ReadyNAS Pro 4 - Visible in RaidAR, but can't load admin page
There might be a corrupt config file. If you have already tried OS-Reinstall, it might be best to contact Support and have it checked by a High-tier expert so they can get it fixed via Backend.
If you have a full backup, it might be good to do a Factory reset as well.
