ReadyNAS duo v2 no connection from windows 10
I have read through some of the resolved post here but seems nothing helpped.
I just upgrade the firmware to 5.3.12
I can access the device from windows 7 without issue.
I cannot ping / access from file exploerer / open the admin page from my windows 10.
My network is private.
Windows local user logon
Same workgroup
enabled SMB2 & SMB3 in win 10.
It seems all the issues posted here can ping the device at least, but I just cannot ping the device.
I can see the device using RAIDar though.

I'm not sure whether the app "SMB plus" is available for your NAS. If yes, it might help to overcome these issues. I'm using it on my RN104 and RN204 with no issues.

There is no SMB plus app for OS 5 systems.

Did you try pinging it's IP address? Or only the hostname?

Re: ReadyNAS duo v2 no connection from windows 10
I have resolved the issue by upgrading my router's firmware.
My router is Asus RT-N66U. It seems the firmware's bug. After upgrading to 3.0.0.4.380_7266, the issue is gone.
