I have restarted, shutdown, and still can't get the admin page.
I have plex, sabnzbd, and sickbeard installed and they are all functioning fine.
Please Advise.

IE 11.0.9600.17905
Chrome 44.0.2403.89 m
So then in your case at least it sounds like a browser compatibility issue has been introduced by a newer version of Chrome.

Re: ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
for what it's worth, i've read through quite a few others and they're reporting a conf which doesn't clean up when installing an app, this seems to be resolved in 6.2.3 thus doesn't affect this. but i'll dump the info from apache2 just in case

Re: ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
rebooted the system thrice.
Errored the first 2 times, now can connect.
the sqlite3 commands all returned 'ok'
This keeps happening intermittently now. when i'm in an 'error' state i'll run the sqllite3 commands again and see what the results are.
happy to see quick replies from people thank-you.

Re : ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
Wondering if it's not a compatibility issue with last Chrome 44, at least on Linux.
I have upgraded my Ultra 2 to 6.2.4 few weeks ago, and the admin page was working fine.
Today, after a recent upgrade of Chrome to version 44, I have the same error.
With Firefox39, the admin page are working fine!
Using Xubuntu 14.04

Interesting. works fine in internet explorer but chrome just says that the admin page is offline. I never though i'd write a sentence like that.

Re : ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
I am running 6.3.5 on my box at home.
I just updated to 44.0.2403.89 (based on the recent repo update).
The UI seems to look without issues. There is an updated UI in both 6.2.5 and 6.3.5 (they UI could is the same).
Try the 6.2.5 beta if you are not able to wait for the release:
https://community.netgear.com/t5/ReadyNAS-Beta-Release/ReadyNASOS-6-2-5-RC1/m-p/950451#M5394
I know this was brought up internally and may have been addressed in the newer firmware.

Re : ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline, Apps still work.
I also ran into this problem (ReadyNAS "Admin Page" is offline).
Never had this before.
I have a RN314 and running OS 6.2.4
I seem to be able to connect just fine when SabNZB app is turned off, but as soon as I turn it on, Admin page can't be reached.
Also, I'm using Chrome 44.x
Firefox (v39) and Internet Explorer 11 can connect just fine (even when SabNZB is running).
So yes, to me it looks like the last version of Chrome is causing this trouble...
