ReadyNas 104 Cloud tab missing other cloud options
Hi All,
I have signed up to Amazon Cloud Drive knowing that the ReadyNAS 104 model should work with it but when i actually logged in to set it up found that under the Cloud Menu option it is only showing ReadyCLOUD, ReadyNAS Remote and ReadyNAS Replicate as the only options to turn on... even though the Help on that talks about Sync With Amazon Cloud Drive with instructions etc...
I have the latest Firmware update 6.8.0, although the splash page after login shows version 6.4.2
Is there any way to get the other cloud options to appear?

Sorry but what does it show on the admin page's Overview section? I believe the Amazon Cloud Drive feature started on firmware version 6.5.0.
You might need to make sure you have updated the firmware. You may check on the RAIDar if it sees your firmware version too. If both admin page and RAIDar show that you have the latest firmware version, try using a different web browser and/or clear web browser cache and then go back to the admin page and see if there is any difference.
