Have you run a Balance?  That should free up space allocated to phantom snapshots.  But I know there was also an upgrade that could result in snapshots retained that do not show up.  I've seen postings on the forum, but don't recall the details since it has not happened to me.  The search in the forum is poor, but try it anyway; and also Google.

I agree you should do that.

You can see the snapshots in ssh with

# btrfs subvolume list /data

It's also possible to delete the snapshots from from the command line.

The upgrade issue was a long time ago (pre 6.2 firmware), so it seems unlikely. The fix would be

# touch /.force_snapshots_upgrade
# systemctl restart readynasd

Looks like snapshots still exist even when deleted from gui(bug is unacceptable btw)

root@nas-EA-C6-80:/data/Videos/.snapshots# ls
113  97

found something i will try

btrfs subvolume delete /path

That will work, though you perhaps want to do a btrfs filesystem sync after you are done.

Further help is needed 🙂

root@nas-EA-C6-80:/# btrfs filesystem sync
btrfs filesystem sync: too few arguments
usage: btrfs filesystem sync <path>

Force a sync on a filesystem
