Readynas v+ (Help) How to switch between other drive
Well Basically, when i configure the ready nas it take both drive and use them together, but is there a way where i can raid drive ? i mean use the drive differently? like by example if i got 2 terabyte space, How can i switch data from one drive to another is this Possible or? Not, wanted to know because will be Implementing soon the machine into company

By default the system uses XRAID, which would be RAID-1 with 2 disks, and RAID-5 with 3 or more. With these raid modes, your data is spread across both drives.
If during the original install, you tell the system to use FLEXRAID, then you can set up other raid configurations manually, including keeping the disks independent. This is described in the manual.
