Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk 1,2,3,4.

I rebooted our ReadyNAS after upgrading from 6.9.3 to 6.9.4 firmware and now it says
"Remove inactive volumes to use the disk. Disk 1,2,3,4."

I am unable see any volumes on the storage device. I have rebooted again but still nothing.

I have downloaded logs and can PM them or email them as needed. Thank you!

Hi bchandler,

It seems that the NAS got a file system corruption based on the logs. Engineering may be able to fix this via data recovery. You will need to contact our support to be able to do this (https://kb.netgear.com/69/ReadyNAS-Data-Recovery-Diagnostics-Scope-of-Service).

Hi bchandler,

Welcome to the Community!

You may upload the logs to a file sharing site and then PM me the download link.

Do you have a backup of your data?

I was afraid of that. Thanks for looking into this for me. I think I'll just wipe the drives and rebuild the data from scratch since it's just backup of our production anyway.
