Secure Connection Failed
Today I needed to get into my two ReadyNASes, and I get the following error when I access the Admin Page via Firefox; "Secure Connection Failed". I am running FWs 6.4.0 and 6.2.4 and only have the problem using Firefox ver. 41.0.1. I am on OSX 10.11.1 on a Mac Pro.
There seems not to be a way in Frirefox to confirm that it is OK???

Re: Secure Connection Failed
I tried that, and a few other things, including deleting some cert. files in the user library, but all without effect. Eventually I blew away all traces of FireFoz using AppCleaner, and reinstalled it. Luckily I use Sync and settings etc. were soon back. Then it worked...

Re: Secure Connection Failed
What I did was;
- Reset FireFox,
- Click the menu button , click help and select Troubleshooting Information. The Troubleshooting Information tab will open,
- Under the Application Basics section, click on "Show in Finder". A window with your profile folder will open,
- Click the menu button and then click Quit ,
- Click on the file named cert8.db,
- Press command+Delete,
- Restart Mac,
- All should work:)
