Strange key in register

My readynas remote connection (Readycloud) is unstable. When I start it works for some time, but when I come back after some time i always have to reconnect it. I found a strange key in my register though:

'C:\Program Files (x86)\NETGEAR\D:\Jenkins\jobs\ReadyCloud_Client\builds\103\release\images\logo.ico'

I don't have a directory with that name somewhere on my disk. And this 'Jenkins' is unknown to me and everybody around me.

What could this be?

I hope to hear from someone.

Re: Strange key in register

Which firmware are you running?

Which version of the ReadyCLOUD app for Windows do you have installed?

Re: Strange key in register

The 1.1 version of the app was released early.

We are looking into why you saw that weird path.

Re: Strange key in register

Hello Durdane,

ReadyCloud Windows client version 1.10 should not be available yet, there has been a problem with releasing the version, It should be available once the official 6.5.0 is out, please revert to previous ReadyCloud desktop client version.

Re: Strange key in register

Dear JennC,

The issue with this odd key in my register already appeared in the earlier versien of the windows client. Actually it appearded already a few months ago. So this doesn’t concern an issue with this new update specifically.

One of the reactions in this thread though, pointed me to a link on Wikipedia. Taking that in consideration, it could be a reference to a sort of cron job. I hope this helps you.

With friendly regards,

Durdane
