Terrible device and terrible support
I purchased this device over 2 years ago and the support contract for another $500 to go along with it.
Now that I have a permissions issue with it, support has shown their true colors. Case 45009690
After 3 days, zero help, zero callbacks, nothing...
This was the absolute worst purchase I've ever made. Don't do it... Never again netgear

File permissions. Resetting them does nothing. I was told it seems like Samba is ignoring them completely.
Even though I purchased the support contract, support has gone MIA on me.
They had me enable remote access and setup teamviewer a week ago and they still have not connected to it. Not a single follow up email or call from them either...

What are you trying to do?
What have you done to try and make that work?
In what specific way (including error messages, if any) is it failing to do that?
