URGENT - Volume disappeared after adding new disk - 18837703
ReadyNAS Pro Business Edition XRAID2
v4.2.20
4096Mb
Yesterday night I replaced an existing 1Tb drive with a new 2Tb drive. This is the 3rd of four drives I've been doing (with large gaps between each). Today I went to use the system and could not access any shares. When I logged into the NAS I got a scary message that the volumes could not be found. When I click the volumes tab, there are no volumes.
HELP please. I really need to get at this data, and while I have some backups, I'm not sure I've got 100% of everything. Not sure what the hell went wrong, the first two times I replace the drives went with out a hitch.
I've left everything along in the hope this might be any easy fix for a tech.
Thanks in advance, recent logs below.

If this disk is a part of a RAID 10 volume, your volume is still protected if more than half of the disks alive. But another failure of disks been marked may render that volume dead. It is recommended that you replace the failed disk as soon as possible to maintain optimal protection of your volume.

Re: URGENT - Volume disappeared after adding new disk - 1883
We need log in the system and do further checking.
So please boot the device to "Tech support" mode and forward the port 23 for us.
After that, PM me the remote access host address, you also can post the remote host address into case.
