Ultra 4+ will not boot after installing fw 4.2.22 #19939881

I have a Ready NAS ultra 4+ with 2 seagate ST 2000DL003 drives.
Everything seemed to be working fine until I upgraded to the latest firmware this afternoon to 4.2.22.
At reboot the blue LED comes on briefly and then shuts the unit down.
Any ideas on what might be causing this, or how I can go back to the previous (factory installed) firmware if that is an option.

Can the raidar find your nas? maybe disk is faulty or your flash has problem~ scan by the raidar first~

The unit does not even start, so I am not sure how raidar would detect anything. In anycase I tried it and nothing comes back. Does raidar log anything during its attempt to connect?
Also not sure how the drives would be an issue when the only change was the fw, how would I determine a drive related problem.

Just tried the boot menu option based on the document, still no luck as it shuts down in about 7 seconds, blue led flashes on then off pretty quick

Did you purchase this NAS within the past 90 days. If so give NetGear tech support a call. Otherwise open an online case. Either way post your case number.

I purchased back in Jan this year. I already opened a case number yesterday when I couldn't initially figure out what was going on. Case #: 19939881
