Ultra 6 Plus with 6 x 3TB disks and X-Raid2
Hi
I just took delivery of my shiny new Ultra6 Plus and 6 x Hitachi 3TB drives (the ones on the HCL  )
I have put them in, used raidar to connect, upgraded the firmware to 4.2.19 and did a factory reset to get the full capacity. I choose X-Raid2 with dual redundancy as I heard somewhere its a must for large capacity disks (unless you are good at being really lucky 😮 )
The only problem is I seem to be down on capacity. In the volume settings it says 2790GB of each disk is allocated. So with 2 disks for redundancy I would expect about 11.2TB of capacity. But the device is reporting 10TB (in the status window where it says X of Y capacity)
Is this right?
Thanks
