Unable to connect to ReadyNAS Admin page
Hi,
I can't access to my readyNas admin page. When the ready nas boot it get an ip that I can ping but after the boot process I'm unable to access the admin page or ping the nas. I try the factory reset procedure but I get the same result. Does anyone have a solution to access the nas ?
Thank you

Re: Unable to connect to ReadyNAS Admin page
What ReadyNAS model do you have? Have you looked at RAIDar's status?
The normal logon is https://nas-ip-address/admin using the real IP address for the NAS. There will be a logon popup, the username needs to be admin and the password is the default password for your ReadyNAS model. Most use either password or netgear1 as the default.

Re: Unable to connect to ReadyNAS Admin page
Hi,
Thank you for your answer. It's a ReadyNas 102.
During the boot, raidar detect the NAS and give me the ip address, ip addres that I can ping during the boot process. When the boot finish and the power led stop blinking, Raidar doesn't detect the NAS and I'm unable to ping the NAS.
I try to do a factory reset but I have the same result.
Thank you

Re: Unable to connect to ReadyNAS Admin page
Power down and remove the disks (labeling by slot). Then power up. Let us know if RAIDar gives you a "no disks" status (and if you can ping the NAS).

Re: Unable to connect to ReadyNAS Admin page
Thank you verry much.
After starting the NAS without any disk, I was able to do a real factory reset. Now I have acccess to my NAS.
The only bad point is I have lost all my data.
Next time I will prevent the lost by backing up may datas regularly.
Thank you
