Unable to log in

Hi Guys

 

Just come to log into my Rn102 to upgrade to the latest firmware and ready cloud says its off line, Ive also tried logging in with raidar but everytime I enter my User name and password to log in the password box just reappears, Ive tried rebooting the Nas as well but no difference.

 

ANy Ideas 

 

Version is 6.6.1

Reinstalled the OS,

 

 

all working now the username and password was reset to default but will change that back many thanks.,
