Volume Stuck in Read-Only Mode - Resync Completed - BTRFS Error
Hello,
We received an error from our RN424 RAID5 system today:
The volume data encountered an error and was made read-only. It is recommended to backup your data
This started a Volume Resync. After 9 hours, the resync was completed successfully but the volume is still in Read Only mode.
On checking the dmesg.log, we are seeing the following error:
BTRFS error (device md127): parent transid verify failed on 9133929988096 wanted 295954 found 295953
We are stuck and the have not found a proper solution from the forums. Can somebody please give us a solution/suggestion on this?

(a) FOLLOW THE ADVICE and back up the NAS. DON'T reboot it until you have done that.
(b) Either
- contact Netgear Paid Support (my.netgear.com) to resolve the problem
- or do a factory default, set up the NAS again, and restore the files from the backup.
