hi,
when I try to log in to my ready-nas, via the ip address (i.e. the way I have always done it);
I can log in successfully (i.e. it accepts my login id and pw);
but it says that no shares are currently available, and I can not see all the usual tabs across the top banner - the only tab is 'shares' but it is empty.
we are still able to access the files on the device via our network - both locally and remotely - from multiple devices.
I have no idea what could have happened. I rebooted it last night - but that didn't make a difference - I got the same message as above.
any advice?
thank you,

Hello unita,
I think you are getting to the shares via http instead of the FrotnView. To get to the FrontView of the NAS, the address bar of the web browser should have https://<NAS IP address>/admin (e.g https://192.168.3.25/admin).
Regards,
