file loss in 10 to 30 seconds after saving at editing software
Hi...
If I drag and drop files into shared folder, the file is saved normally.
But If i save the file using "Save as" menu in any editing software, the content is vanished in 10 to 30 seconds. The file name remains in the folder but the file size becomes zero.
I found this symptom at version 9.6.1. So I updated the firmare but nothing changed.
How can I solve this problem ?

I haven't seen this with my Windows 10 systems. What operating system are you using? Can you give a couple of examples of what editors you are using?

And this happens every time?
Is the destination share mapped to a drive letter, or are you browsing to \\nas\share?

Yes It happens every time.
So we save the files at local disk first and then drag and drop the file into the folder.
It is not mapped to a drive letter. We just open the folder of the storage in Network of File explorer.

I can't reproduce it on my own NAS (rn526x, using excel on a Windows 10 machine). So I don't think I can help much.
If you are running the AntiVirus software on the NAS you might try disabling it. Maybe also disable any security sofware on the PC????

Re: file loss in 10 to 30 seconds after saving at editing software
I found what the firmware bug is.
The problem happens only in the old folders which were created at the former version (6.8.x)
If I create a new folder at 6.9.2, it dosen't happen.
So I created all the top folders again and copied sub-folders and files.
And it is working good.
