recycle bin works only for one user

RN204 running ReadyOS 6.10.3.

Quite awhile back I setup the Recycle Bin for one of the shares.  Today it suddenly came time to use it: some files got added to the share, which were then deleted by mistake prior to the hourly snapshot.  We looked in the Recycle Bin folder; various files there, but not the files recently deleted.

Through testing I found that the Recycle Bin function works for me, anything I delete immediately shows up in Recycle Bin, but doesn't work for any other user of the share.  They can see the Recycle Bin and all the files in it, but nothing they delete shows up there.

Anyone have any notion of why the Recycle Bin works only for me?
