AC2000 as a WiFi extender?
Hi
so I have bought a AC2000 mistakenly thinking an wireless access point would extend my existing WiFi network,
is there a way I can configure it to do this? rather than having 2 separate WiFi networks thoughout the house
thanks

Re: AC2000 as a WiFi extender?
What device do you have?
AC2200 is a speed and not a model number.

Re: AC2000 as a WiFi extender?
It looks like it has router mode and access point mode.
I'm not seeing any extender mode.
You could set it up as an access point and connect it via ethernet, using a moca adapter, or even a powerline adapter.

Re: AC2000 as a WiFi extender?
Thanks for reply,
yes I have it set as access point via Ethernet, but would like all to be one network and the access point act as a extension to the existing network if that is possible

You might get better responses in the business section since this a business class access point.
