Hope you can be of assistance. I reached out to Netgear sometime ago while overseas in the military. I purchased a ReadyNas and was told to contact you when I returned home. Long story short - I've been unable to get support to correctly link ReadyNas and ReadyCloud. When I provided the agent my proof of purchase and copy of the packaging they called me a liar and insisted that I purchased it in the states. As you can see from the package, this is not the case. Please help. Has anyone had thi issue? 1) Syncing issue 2) Being called a liar by support280KViews3likes19CommentsChrome error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
I keep getting a privacy error NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID when I try to log into my RN104 Nas unit. I read the chrome certificate guide but can't for the life of me figure out how to export a certificate as there is no red x just a red ! triangle and a https with a red slash. if I open the chrome HTTPS utility I have no idea of which one I should select and or the time to do trial and error. I also tried the other options, disable AV, disabled chrome extentions with no luck. is there a generic certificate I can download edit and import? Netgear should really have a better way to get around this issue online if you need to use a browser to enter the admin page. JSolved140KViews0likes1CommentUser has been Auto deleted - all data lost

I have a remote NAS that was able to connect randomly using a windows 10 PC. I submitted a ticket and it was elevated to level 3 support. After a month of trying and getting random connections the support manager gave up and closed the case. For the last week I am unable to connect to the remote NAS using a windows 10 computer. I even tried to reinstall the readynas desktop application and it has multiple issues when installing. I have to press ignore multiple times in order to complete the installation. The NAS is working fine because I can connect to it without any problems if I use two different Mac computers using the desktop application. I can also connect using any IOS or Android device. This appears to be some kind of issue with the Windows Readycloud Desktop application version 1.15. I just thought I would try one more time to see if Netgear was willing to support their product.Solved20KViews1like21CommentsDelete My Netgear Account

I have been using my ReadyNas RN10401 Servers for several months. After the 6.2.2 Firmware update I am no longer able to add a user to my server. Currently I am the only user on the system. I can log into ready cloud and look at both of my servers but when I go to the manage page I am unable to add users to either server. Before the update I was able to add a user and had an additional user that I recently deleted. When attempting to add a new user after the update I no longer see the "Add User" Button.
