Since Friday 30th July we have been unable to login to ReadyNAS Remote using the WIndows Client. The message received is: A connection to the server could not be established; this error may occur if you are on a network that uses a proxy server or if you have previously configured Leaf to use a proxy server and the proxy server has changed. Would you like to configure ReadyNAS Remote to use a proxy to connect to the Internet? We don't use a proxy. This has happened before and usually comes back within a few hours. It seems the problem is with the Netgear Server that handles the intermediary login. NB. Logging in with any of our client accounts on the website remote.readynas.com works perfectly.WINDOWS 10 - ReadyNAS Remote not connecting

Hello, I am having "vintage" ReadyNAS Ultra 4. Successfully updated to RAIDiator 4.2.27 (x86). Installed ReadyNAS remote Add-on v1.0.9.78 in Running state. Managed to create X-RAID2 with 4 disk. So far so good. Now I am trying to access it from remote location with my Windows 7 machine. Created username/password in remote.readynas.com. Found a iPhone app that connects to the NAS. But when I try to find Windows client software there is no luck. Official download client is: ReadyNAS Remote for Windows (v1.6.5.23) Link is: https://readycloud.netgear.com/install/ReadyNASRemoteSetup_w7_v1.6.5.23.exe but now is redirected to ReadyCloud page. Please, tell me where to find this software. Tried to find it archived in Netgear FTP and Google but no luck :(Changing password gives me leaf network adapter error
I am unable to change password on my readynas remote account. 1. Created an account on remote.readynas.com 2. Installed ReadyNAS remote application with the username and password from 1and gave this account access on my NAS device. 3. Everything works. 4. Decides my password is weak and login to remote.readynas.com and reset the password to another one. 5. The Ready nas remote client now tells me it is unable to login and I i change the password to the new one. 6. The Client tries to login a few times and then reports there is an issue with my leaf network adaptor. If I change back to my original password everything works again, so it seems to be impossible to change password for me. Do anyone else have this problem, and how do I solve it? Best regards JohanApplication Not supported On Your Device [Galaxy TAB 2]
Hi Folks, I recently bought a Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 tablet. Delighted to see there is an app (ReadyNAS Remote Android) to allow me to access the files on my ReadyNAS Pro, disappointed that when I try and install the application via google play on my Tablet I get a message saying the applicaiton is not supported on my device (I have Android 4.1.1 installed). Is this just a case that my device \ Android version is not supported but could be at some point in the future, or is there another issue. Any help gratefully recieved.ReadyNAS Remote Login
There seems to be a problem with the ReadyNAS server that acts as the intermediary in a remote session, as ReadyNas Remote reports "A connection to the server could not be established". I am unable to logon with either my, or another users, logon. I've gone to https://remote.readynas.com/ to test the accounts and both report "Invalid ID or password" These accounts and remote access have been working happily for the last 3 years. I don't want to start messing about resetting passwords or creatng new accounts if this is an authentication issue with Netgears servers. Any ideas?Ready Cloud on legacy NAS units
Now that you've announced end-of-life on ReadyNAS Remote, will you make Ready Cloud available on legacy NAS units? A lot of us depend on having remote access to our NAS units. I have a ReadyNAS Duo v1 (RND2110) and a ReadyNAS Pro 4 (RNDP4000). https://community.netgear.com/t5/Current-NETGEAR-and-Partners/ReadyNAS-Remote-Photos2-Replicate-End-of-Service-announcement/m-p/1380425 Regards, Mark
