3 TopicsReadyCloud GUI not working (Desktop App) PRJNAME
I can no longer auto connect with the Ready Cloud App for Windows. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled, and the interface titles changed and are variable of code and the interface looks weird. I have been using the app for several years just fine. Something has changed. Does anyone know what the issue could be? I'm attaching a screen shot of the changed interface. We are trying to connect one of our team to our ReadyNAS router on her Mac. She's received the registration email but the link doesn't work. I have two ReadyNas drives. I upgrades my 312 based on the prompt without any issues but when I did the same thing to the 214, the network cards failed. The display said, no IP addres. What I have tried without effect: I rebooted the router I left the 214 alone over night (14 hours). I power recycled the box Only thing else I can think of to try is to clear out the cable modem.
