4 TopicsCannot connect to Robot Vacuum after Armor Plus subscription
Hello, Yesterday I have subscribed to Armor Plus for my Orbi WiFi Mesh RBR760. I am now unable to manage / start any of my home robot vacuum cleaners. When I want to see the maps I get an error "data acquisition failed". If I disable Netgear Armor it doesn't fix the problem. I need to uninstall the app from my devices (iphone and ipad) to be able to manage the robot vacuums again. Any idea what's going on? I use amcrest cameras to monitor my home and use the orion app at work to watch over everything while I am gone. I use the routers IP and assign each IP camera a port for access. Armor is blocking all my cameras as of today. I went through the app to unblock the cameras but I can't seem to get the cameras back online with the orion app. If I disable Armor, they all come online. Is there a way to just remove all the blocks and start over? There are so many entries from attacks over the past month, I can't find which blocks to release. My cameras are named. Example, frontdoor. If I release all block related to frontdoor, it's still not viewable unless I totally disable Armor. This software is lacking some controls and is frustrating to use. I ready that to clear all blocks you need to factory reset your router. There's too much customization in my router to do that. any solutions? because I feel like I've looked at all the entries in armor over the last 30 days and can't seem to find the actual block.
