To get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.- zen200binAspirant

Please can someone get back to me as I am unable to update this info onto the case as it keeps saying "Cannot add case comment. You may not have permission or the case does not exist"

I updated the Switch Firmware as instructed, but it appears to have broken the switch.
I was unable to connect to it.
After leaving for 1 hour, i decided to restart the switch using the rest button, but this did not work either.
Finally, i decided to factory default the switch using the button and it should default to IP 192.168.0.239.
When I put my laptop IP to 192.168.0.2 and have a cat 5 cable plugged directly between the devices I am unable to connect.
I have also tried using the Prosafe PLus congi utility software, but it does not find the switch.
So, although the switch powers on and lights appear, i am unable to access it.
Please can you provide a replacement switch ASAP as this is business Critical.
